Refunds

All Mobile Geographics software is available for free, no-obligation, time-limited trial before purchase. If you decide to purchase, you will receive an activation code for your software to remove the time limitation. Activation codes are sent by email to the email address you specify at purchase time. In most cases the code is sent automatically within a minute or two of your purchase.

After you have purchased the software and after we have sent an activation code, the sale is final and no refund is possible. If we receive notification of your request for refund before the code is sent, we will happily refund your full purchase price. This will be done by crediting the card that was originally used for purchase, or by check if the purchase was made by check.

If you need an extension of the free trial period, please contact us at sales@mobilegeographics.com and we'll work something out with you.

All transactions are conducted in US dollars. There are no export restrictions on our products.

Our direct sales are processed by eSellerate. Mobile Geographics never sees or knows your credit card number.
