Thanks to everyone who responded to my outboard h.p. question.  I've got an 
old, going on ancient '78 Honda 75 which has performed like a champ.  I'm 
finding out though that its becoming difficult to find parts like for the 
hand throttle.  So may need to either go new & as small as possible or to 
best used I can find.  Mike
