The black anodized toe rail on my 1980 San Juan 23 has faded.  Does anyone
know of a way to bring this back up to its original luster?  I'm sure it
could be painted, but I'm not sure this will produce the anodized look.
Does anyone know of a chemical treatment that could be applied while the
rail is still attached to the boat?
