outboards head to head (5.5/8)

Chuck and I had the opportunity to compare the 5.5 and 8 horse Honda
outboards this spring.  We concluded that the 5.5 is adequate, but that the
8 does give an extra knot or so at full throttle.  I have appreciated the 8
in high winds, and when trying to keep up with bigger boats.
