Hello SJ23 Trimmers,
Most of the other boats I crew on have cam
or clam cleats matched with their jib sheet winches.
My San Juan 23 has mooring type cleats.

These seem a little slower to secure than the other types.
There's not much room near the winch to
duplicate the other setups I have seen.
Has anyone replaced them?
