Does SJ 23 Sink when holed or flooded?

I looking to see if anyone has any experience with installing a fully
enclosed marine head on an SJ23. 
It seems as though the spot in front of the Vberth would be just about the
right size for a small head and the side storage unit would hold a
three to five gallon tank perfectly.
Any and all advice is welcome.
