<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I would be pleased to register you as a SJ 23
Skipper and subscribe you to our majordomo e-mail list. There is no cost for
anything but I have to have your e-mail address in order to do either. You will
then be able to send a query or message to about 100 SJ 23 owners using one
address and receive a copy of any message posted by a member. I do not have time
to maintain the page and also reply to each individual query so please sign on
and welcome aboard. You will find some discussion of trailers on the e-mail
archive page and also in Bob Schimmell's section "Techtips".</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hi. I'm the owner, for 8 years or so, of a
1982 San Juan 23, hull #CLKJ 0621M82C, sail number 113 This is our
second boat, the first was a US Marine Montego 20 a similar boat but the SJ23
is surprisingly much bigger in just three feet. Informally we call her
the <STRONG>MAMAKANNAEII</STRONG> (mama -can-I?) which gives you a feel for
the age of our kids when we first got her.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've been ghosting the list for some weeks now
and ask that some of you out there who know about trailers reply to me in
regards finding a suitable trailer. My trailer is a single axle, no
brakes, cradle type, that is just barely capable. I note on the
website that there was some mention of modifying a catalina 25 trailer.
Any information appreciated.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Also if anyone recognizes the hull and or sail
number any history is welcome. The was a name or lacation marked on the
stern at one time "..........cove". You could just make out the marks
where the lettering was.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Thanks.</FONT></DIV>
