Side Stay Tension

Hi Everyone;

I have a question for the fleet,

1- What should be the best tension to have on the side stays?

2- What should the tension be on the head stay when the back stay adjuster is 
pulled tight?

3- How many SJ23 skippers that live in the Southeast region be interested in 
coming to a class regatta in Ga. in the near future (I have 4 or 5 boats now)?
