I found that my SJ 23 (#363) had a lot of helm pressure when under sail -  it took a lot of effort to turn the helm. -  I made sure that the rudder wasn't kicking up, and that helped some -  then I took a file (actually a rasp) and took off a little of the fiberglass 'bump' at the front top of the rudder blade that limits how far the rudder will rotate down/forward. This has helped the rudder be straighter down in the water and has lessened the rudder effort immensely. I plan to take a little more off to see if I can make it even better  - I am not quite straight down at this point....
