One way to deal with our spam is to type the e mail address as a sentence ie: @ is at  ,  (  . ) is dot. Then it is a sentence not a e - address and will not be picked up by spammers. please change mine on the contact list and I will receive less spam. (  I hate it, at this point I dont think I need the valium,xanax, viagra,i think)
