You can get a replacement hatch at PORT GARDNER SAILBOATS pgardnersj@xxxxxxx. I like acrylic because it resists UV longer than Lexan. Lexan is much stronger than acrylic when new,but at about five years they cross and the acrylic becomes stronger. Normally life is about ten years, but many last over fifteen years.

I need to replace my hatch cover.  It was cracked through when I bought the boat.  Some people seem to swear by Lexan and others by Plexiglas, any comments or reviews?
