Moving out of state, must sell 1981 San Juan 23. No trailer, but 
trailerable with a swing keel. Beautiful blue hull, new rigging, in 
great shape. Main, jib and genoa sails, anchor, port-a-potty, sink. 
Dependable Evenrude 8 HP motor with long shaft and tank. Basic 
electrical with battery. If you have ever sailed a San Juan 23, you know 
how much fun they are. Just the right size, and sleeps 4 comfortably, 
but they are fast as well. Currently located in a subleased slip in the 
Newport Shores Marina on Lake Washington in Bellevue for $200/month, 
which is transferable if you want it, or sail it away to your own slip
