Yup, and I know exactly why it happened too.  Check out Tech Tip 
http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/2358/b_hull_tips/b09.html  Install the 
compression sleeves at each bolt that goes through the blade BEFORE you 
put the new rudder in service.  A guy last year broke his replacement 
rudder 3 weeks later.  Then he did the mods and hasn't had a problem since.
