The SJ21 I bought had a more extensive set of sails AND it is much easier to haul in and out of the water.  I loved my SJ23, but she was more than my Rodeo 4 cylinder could manage.  She also had some soft spots on the deck that looked like more than I wanted to deal with.

Ned, I'm kind of a lurker on SJ 21, 23 & 24 sites and an "eventual" buyer of one of these boats. I go back and forth on their individual merits, weighing out various demands on lifestyle. I'm curious why you chose to move into the 21.
