In answer to your posted question, the best tip
I can give you regarding making your five children comfortable and safe is to
invest in the very best life preservers and E-Pirb units for each one and/or
make it a requirement they be worn any time the child is out of the cabin. With
that peace of mind you will certainly enjoy sailing more. There are so
many great games available to keep them busy these days. But I would
involve them in a many meaningful activities such as coarse plotting, meal
planning, excursion planning, picking out anchorages and planning walking trips
ashore. Put them in charge of something meaningful and watch them rise to the
occasion!
