Re: Companionway boards

Mike,

When I used to use the split wooden companionway doors, I stashed them
inside(under) the port seat locker, which made them readily accessible
without entering the cabin. I am now using the one-piece fiberglass door,
and I simply lower it down into the space between the lazerette and the
cabin step (lower) It seems to ride just fine there....not noticeable at all
until you need it, then it is easily positioned from inside the cabin. Hope
these ideas help.
