The first thing to do is to determine if your hull to deck joint is leaking
or the machine screws are leaking. Go inside and have someone run a hose on
the suspect area. If the machine screws are leaking, remove the machine
screws one at a time and recaulk them with Sika-Flex 230. If the hull to
deck joint is leaking either live with it or remove the toe rail and recaulk
under the toe rail with Sika-Flex. Plan on replacing the machine screws,
because most of the originals were broken off in the original installation.
