I had to do this to my 23 "A"-Way last year.  Now my 21 needs it.  The
biggest hassle on the 23 is that the port side had to be two (2) pieces.
First I removed the bulkheads (cut port side in half w/sawzall).  I found
out later-HaHa-you can get to the bottom nuts. look for them.Using the old
pieces as patterns,cut new pieces and drill while the pattern is in place.
Sand and fit,stain and varnish, install.  Have fun
