I just fixed this one last year (with the assistance of
my sailing buddy.  What I originally thought was a leak
in the pipes that make up the cockpit drains turned out
to be a leak in the lower gudgeon where the rudder
attaches.

If you remove that bracket, re-seal it, and then reset
the bracket, you'll be all set, but good luck climbing
around in the lazarette - I hope you're not clastrophobic!
